I needed a hard-to-find part for my 2000 RAV4. After calling around to a LOT of different parts stores I found John John. On the phone he told me that if he didn’t have it then he would find it for me. Excellent customer service–took the time to explain about different transmission oils, offered other products and helped me with the items to my car. Parking available and the online photo is real–very nice air-conditioned store upstairs. Will call them first when I need something. Highly recommend!
